* Reflection circles give us the opportunity to come together and trace the arc of the retreat through conversation and listening. You may choose to speak from the heart, or simply listen and be present; both ways are welcome. There will never be pressure to be vulnerable or “exposed”; this is not group therapy, but a time to connect in whatever way feels right for you.
