Relationship Therapy

Connection and communication are at the heart of every strong relationship. When challenges arise—whether from unmet needs, miscommunication, or major life changes—therapy offers a supportive space to focus in, listen deeply, and begin to repair and reconnect.

I offer therapy for all types of relationships whether it's a monogamous partnering, a polyamorous dynamic, or a non-romantic or familial relationship that may need support. Together, we can explore relational roadblocks, build emotional understanding, and strengthen the ways you show up for one another. Whether addressing conflict, rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, or navigating transitions, therapy is a space to grow—individually and together.

All therapy services are offered via secure telehealth and open to clients residing in New Jersey.

“The more generous we are with our time, our love, our thoughtfulness, our actions, the richer our lives will be.”

- William Arthur Ward

Meeting you where you are...

Emotionally:

Relationship therapy helps you tune into the emotions that shape your dynamic—both the ones you speak and the ones that remain just under the surface. Whether you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by repeating patterns, or struggling to express what you need, therapy offers a space to better understand each other’s emotional worlds and begin to rebuild trust, empathy, and deeper connection.

Mentally:

Relationships can get tangled in misunderstandings, assumptions, and past hurts. Therapy helps untangle these layers, offering perspective and clarity. Together, we’ll explore the mental frameworks shaping how you relate—making room for insight, intentional communication, and more grounded choices.

Physically:
Telehealth makes it easy to prioritize your relationship. Meetings can take place from the comfort of home—no travel, more flexibility, and more space to focus on what matters: strengthening the connection.
