Practice Circles
Practice Circles are intimate gatherings for reflection, conversation, and self-discovery. Drawing from the wisdom and practices of yoga, each circle offers a dedicated space to slow down, turn inward, and explore how these teachings meet our everyday lives. These are not lectures or yoga classes. They are opportunities to come together in community to explore, connect, and listen inwardly.
You don't have to be a yoga practitioner to join a Practice Circle. These gatherings are for anyone who is looking for a little more space in their week to slow down, connect with others, and explore ideas that invite us to live with greater awareness and intention.

September 2026: The Yamas
This fall, we’ll begin with the Yamas: the five ethical practices that form the foundation of yoga’s eight-limbed path.
Over five weeks, we’ll explore ahimsa (non-harming), satya (truthfulness), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (wise use of energy), and aparigraha (non-grasping)—not as rules to follow, but as invitations to notice how we move through the world and relate to ourselves and others.
Each gathering will include a little teaching and context, a grounding or embodied practice, time for journaling and personal reflection, and conversation within the circle. You’ll receive a small companion booklet to keep throughout the series, with background on the teachings and space to record what you discover along the way.
No prior study of either yoga or yoga philosophy is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
