Individual Therapy
Atha means now—and reminds us that we can begin just as we are, right now. Whether you’re arriving in a moment of crisis or in a quiet season of reflection; whether you’re now ready to turn toward something you’ve been wrestling with for a while—like past trauma, disordered eating, or anxiety—or something sudden has brought you to your knees, like a job loss, divorce, or a new diagnosis, therapy offers a space to bring attention to your inner life and what matters most. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental setting where curiosity, reflection, and empathy guide our work together. Here, your experiences—past and present—are taken seriously, and the patterns shaping your life can be explored with care and insight.

Many people come to see me during times of transition or other changes that leave them questioning who they are. Some are exploring questions of gender, sexuality, or other aspects of identity. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with the core of who you are. My passion is supporting people in rediscovering themselves in these moments—helping you see more clearly the strengths and resilience that are already within you. Together, we can untangle emotions, illuminate recurring patterns, and find ways to move through life with greater clarity, presence, and authenticity.

All therapy services are offered via secure telehealth and open to clients residing in New Jersey.

“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.”
- Rumi
Meeting you where you are...
Emotionally:
Emotions are messengers—not problems to fix. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or unsure of what you feel at all, therapy offers space to notice what's beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore how your emotions have helped you survive, where they might be holding you back, and how to relate to them with more curiosity, clarity, and self-trust.

Mentally:
When your thoughts feel tangled or relentless, it can be hard to know what you actually believe—or what you want. In therapy, we’ll look at the mental patterns and internal narratives that shape your self-perception. Whether you're navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, looping thoughts, or big life decisions, I’ll support you in finding more spaciousness and agency in your mind.

Physically:
Therapy should fit into your life, not disrupt it. All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth, so you can meet from wherever you feel most grounded—whether that’s your couch, your car, or a quiet corner at work. This flexibility helps you prioritize your well-being without sacrificing time, comfort, or access.
