Welcome
My name is Julia Gray (she/her)
I started Atha Therapy and Wellness because both psychotherapy and yoga offer unique pathways to understand, balance, and empower ourselves more fully. Each has been transformative in my own life, and as I’ve moved into my professional experience as a psychotherapist and yoga instructor, I’ve been deeply inspired by the ways others find healing, clarity, and connection through these practices.
As a graduate of Columbia University's School of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their emotional and mental well-being through therapy. With my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT200), I offer yoga as a practice to support presence, stillness, and self-awareness. While these two offerings are distinct, they each provide meaningful ways to support individual well-being.
At Atha Therapy and Wellness, I’m honored to offer both therapy and yoga—each as separate, focused practices—ensuring clients can choose the path that best supports their needs.
